Hello Hello
... Thanks for visiting!
I am just like a good book. Tuck in the shelf somewhere. Gathering dust unless someone ventures to browse me. I am liable to tickle your fancy but you have to reach for me first. Hold me in your hands and allow me to take you to places you've never been before. They may places right outside your doorstep, places you see everyday waiting only to be seen in a different light. It gets boring at times. Me sitting here for days watching as people pass by. But fortune has its way that a stranger looks me up. She picks me up perhaps only out of curiosity. Then she keeps coming back. I become part of her usual routine. I see that my words make her smile and sometimes even cry. I could feel her heart every time she closes me, hugs me on her chest before parting with me for the day. The days roll on. We were oblivious of our company. But alas as any book has it, a final page had to be turned. How I would love it if she takes me away. To be always with her. To relive every chapter over and over again. Maybe if she gets bored with me she'll at least find another worthy reader. I'd love to take my chances with that. But someone else already owns me. It is to this shelf that I belong. With some luck, another interested reader may pass my way. But if I be destined just to stay here, lock up my treasures and gather dust. Then so be it. For that is just what I am. I am just like a good book.
